  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Yes — if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us immediately at hohohoshop2025@gmail.com.

    Once shipped, orders can’t be modified, but you can return the item after delivery.
  • What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

    We’re sorry about that! Please email hohohoshop2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • What’s your return policy?

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

    Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
